You will also explore the work of contemporary designers and learn about drawing for fashion design. Textile Art Craft & Design
We aim to bring out the artist in you with this creative and experimental course. Explore a number of textile processes such as paper and felt making, printing and dyeing, embroidery, knit, weave and ragrug to produce exciting textiles. Design work will be developed through simple drawing and ideas will be developed into final outcomes for clothing and accessories appropriate to different cultures or interiors and pieces of textile art. This course will provide a basis for further study in art and design.

Fed up with the cost of buying clothes for the kids? This course is for those who would like to be able to make their own attractive and fashionable garments for young children. You will learn the skills to achieve a professional finish and be able to style and make a range of clothing including tops, trousers and much more.
