£15,960 (£ 25,000 pro rata) 22.5 hours a week
Silai is an established multi-cultural woman's training centre based in Easton, Bristol. A
variety of training is delivered to build confidence and skills. We specialised in creative
textiles, hair and beauty. This is a new senior post to manage the building, and staff to
develop Silai strategically in response to local need and funding priorities. You must be
self-motivated, with excellent communication skills and a proven history of project management.
If you are good at identifying and initiating new ideas, can demonstrate vision and have a
flexible leadership style this may be your new challenge.
