Bev Gilling
Bev Gilling was born in Trowbridge and grew up there. She has lived in Bristol for the past twenty years. She has attended Silai over several years. Bev is making bags at Silai for the Gloucester Road Alternative Bag project. She has two teenage children.
"We just get on, got on all together, helped each other out, it's like a close knit family really. I never fell out with anybody, it's just a nice place to work in. Over the years I must admit I have liked coming to Silai, you can just get on and do what you need to do, and if you need help you just ask for it."
